Guy's Mean Green Chili Machine
Guy Fieri celebrates south of the border flavors with a thick and hearty chickan and green chile pumpkin stew loaded with poblano peppers, red bell peppers, fire roasted tomatoes and 3 kinds of beands. Green Chile rice is a rich and creamy sidekick, made risotto style in a homemade green chile sauce, toasted pumpkin seeds for a nutty crunch. A cool Poblano picante, served in a frozen poblano pepper is a mean green way to wash it all down.

Mama Fieri's Sunday Roast
Guy Fieri's Family Style Pot Roast features a hunk of premium beef chuck braised low and slow in a red wine broth with caramelized veggies and porcini mushrooms. On the side, Acme Buttered Noodles get tossed with garlic, arugula, asiago cheese and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. For dessert, Figs in a Blanket are flaky puff pastry pockets filled with sweet fig jam and chopped marcona almonds. The meal gets the stamp of approval from special guest, Mom Fieri.

Get stuffed on Guy Fieri's Stuffed Baked Mussels, steamed in wine then packed with buttery, seasoned breadcrumbs. Guy Fieri cooks up satisfying finger foods for poker night. Guy Fieri invites friends over for grilled lamb sandwiches, featuring yogurt-marinated lamb piled high on a toasted baguette with spicy harissa mayo and sweet pickled cucumbers for a bright, fresh crunch. Guy Fieri and two pint-sized sous chefs make lunch to-go, with juicy grilled chicken sandwich on pretzel baguette, stacked with slices of havarti cheese, tender bibb lettuce, and a generous smear of tangy citrus mustard. Fieri's farfalle features sunchokes, green onion, mozzarella, tomatoes, olives, and a red bell pepper-arugula pesto for a pasta salad that thinks outside of the lunchbox. Finally, mimi's granola bars, packed with healthy ingredients like oats, dried cherries, coconut, and peanut butter will rev energy levels all day long.

Worst Cooks in America
Chef Anne Burrell is back for a seventh season of trying to turn some of America's worst cooks into kitchen stars. This time, however, the recruits are seven celebrities who can showcase their talents on TV and in movies, but not no so much in the kitchen. Burrell competes against Worst Cooks in America newcomer Rachael Ray to see which chef can lead one contestant to make the most impressive culinary transformation. Actors Dean Cain, Ellen Cleghorne, Jaleel White and Barry Williams join reality stars Jenni "JWoww" Farley, Chris Soules and Kendra Wilkinson in boot camp. The winning star gets $50,000 for charity and bragging rights for his or her mentor. Not all of the celebrities will make the cut, however; after an opening potluck dinner each mentor selects three recruits to be on her team, leaving one celebrity to be sent home before the competition really begins. Burrell is looking to extend her record to 5-2, while Ray looks to get the win in her first season.
