Bobby and his guest Giselle are going beyond the same old burger and bun with her outrageous Onion 3-Way Burger and Bobby's juicy Cheyenne Burger, drenched in tangy BBQ sauce. On the side, the burger's favorite accomplices -- onion rings and fries.

Salmon: Rugged and Refined
Bobby Flay and his guest, Rugged Dude Carson, a sportsman hailing from the wilds of Canada, are grilling up salmon two ways. Bobby's is with a Red Wine BBQ Sauce & Hazelnut Butter; Dude's salmon is served alongside grilled Venison with a Chocolate Blueberry sauce.

Ribeye Steak
Bobby and his guest, Jordan Zucker are working with a great ingredient for the grill - Rib Eye Steaks -- and grilling it different ways. Hers marinated in a lime gremolata with homemade red wine vinegar and his with a pepper relish, and blue cheese quesadillas.

Whole Chicken in No Time Flat
Bobby Flay and his guest, spice-loving family man Michael Haye, show their unique ways to season and grill whole chicken. Plus, yummy side dishes with corn and grilled tomatoes.

Pizzas on the Grill
Bobby invites Iron-Woman in training Sharon Sperber to grill pizzas. Sharon loves Bobby's Grilled Pizza with Spicy Hummus, Vegetables and Goat Cheese. Bobby is equally impressed with Sharon's novel twist on 2 classic Italian pizzas - Margarita pizza with garam masala-spiced tomato sauce, and curried greens on a 4-cheese pie.

Lobster Tales
Bobby makes lobster 3 ways with a Grilled Corn-Coconut Milk sauce, in a fingerling potato salad & lobster avocado cocktail. Bobby's guest, St. Louis native ChrisAnn Brunsman impresses with her inventive Grilled Lobster Taco with Chocolate-Dipped Bacon.

Mighty Shrimp
Bobby Flay's bubbly guest Kitty Stallings shows her Mississippi flair with Creole Shrimp while Bobby grills shrimp marinated in paprika, garlic and thyme. Plus Grilled Corn Sheets in Scallion Vinaigrette, Kitty's Kick Butt Kebabs and Strawberry Shortcake.

Andouille Sausage
Bobby Flay's and his guest, tailgating sports enthusiast, Jason "Beef" Keefe are grilling 2 spectacular dishes with smoky black peppery Andouille sausage. Plus Michigan Cherries and Tea-Infused vodka from South Carolina.

Pork Shoulder, Sandwiched and Wrapped
Bobby Flay's guest Jamie Watson offers a speedy version of the classic pork sandwich with cole slaw, piled high on his inventive cornbread flatbread. Bobby makes Korean-inspired pork meal, served in crisp lettuce cups. Plus, Bobby' Blackberry Bourbon Julep, and Jamie's own creation, the Julito.

Eggstravaganza
Bobby Flay's grill guest Andrea Scala loves the Mexican flair for brunch in her new hometown San Diego, California. She shows Bobby how she serves up eggs 3 ways with sopes and great salsas straight out of San Diego. Bobby gets his egg inspiration from further south, grilling up a full Argentine breakfast with chimichurri, garlic toast, sausage and even dessert.

Halibut Steak Salsa Lessons
Bobby Flay and guest Quia Anderson are grilling halibut steaks two ways. Bobby's is served with a gorgeous tomato relish, while Quia uses her grilled halibut to stuff tasty pita pockets, topped with cool tomato-free Cucumber Pineapple Slasa. For drinks, they'll use gorgeous red-hued blood oranges in 2 cocktails - and toast to Quia's salsa moves.

Grilled Meat and Potato Guys
Bobby Flay's grill guest is Long Island native and business school student Seth Koslow. Using flavorful flank steak, Seth recreates the Philly chese steak sandwich while Bobby impresses Seth with his Flank Steak in Balsamic BBQ Sauce. Plus twists on the grills favorite veggies: corn and potatoes. At cocktail time, Seth woos Bobby with his tropical creation, "Jeanie in a Bottle."

He's Got Pork Chops
Bobby Flay grills his in a Soy-Honey Glaze pork chopes and tops it with a Grilled Radicchio salad. His guest Rowan Finnegan stuffs the same cut of pork with grilled apples. Plus a crisp Ginger Martini with Sake, and cool Hibiscus Tea.
