Городок без разрешения
Как в любом другом городе, в Городке детей всегда учили, что ничего нельзя делать без разрешения, иначе поставят в угол. Некоторые дети до того привыкают стоять в углу, что впоследствии становятся уголовниками. А некоторые другие впоследствии сами выдают различные разрешения. Из них лучше всех устроились чиновники и работники ГИБДД – у первых есть право на выдачу разрешений, а у вторых – разрешение на выдачу прав. Но сказать, что при этом остальных горожан не принимают в расчёт, было бы несправедливо – наоборот, расчёт обычно происходит на месте, причём иногда в валюте. Короче говоря, даром в Городке ничего не делается, и если новая передача программы «Городок» называется «Городок без разрешения», то это недаром!
