Не секрет, что надписи обладают магической силой. Стоит кому-то написать на бланке диплома чью-то фамилию, и у нас сразу становится одним дипломированным специалистом больше. От этой магии падает доверие не только к документам, но и к специалистам. А ведь намного надежнее надписи в документах делать в виде татуировок. Например, в исправительном учреждении вместо справки об освобождении можно татуировать на лбу надпись: «Исправленному верить». Правда, тогда на многих очень скоро будет уже печати негде ставить...
