For the design aesthetic, they go with an elegant, bohemian vibe by adding splashes of color to the interior and exterior.

Plus, it's in a new neighborhood for them, which adds to the risk. With the help of the demo crew, Mina and Karen plan to open up this little house and create 3.5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. They give it a rustic, schoolhouse style by adding grayish wood flooring and two amazing antique farmhouse sinks.
