Abandoned Partially Built Home Gets Rescued
Karen and Mina are back on Woodlawn Avenue to rescue a new build that has been abandoned. While the home's basic structure is built, the bones have been left for dead. Mina and Karen see the amazing possibilities in this 2,200 square foot home and already have the perfect buyer in mind. Issues arise, however, when window delivery is delayed and the trim carpenters quit mid-job. Will the women be able to pull off a successful renovation for this up-and-coming neighborhood?
