But Karen sees the potential and convinces Mina that they'll be able to transform this 'giant cube' into an adorable single family home. Even though it's undesirable at first glance, Mina and Karen strip it down and turn this boring, rectangular house into a beautiful work of art, truly adding value to the neighborhood.
