She makes fluffy, chewy Tahini Caramel Rolls, savory Chinese Hotdish covered with deep-fried wonton skins and Spicy BBQ Wings. To finish the meal with a dash of sweet and cute, her Bear-y Cookie Salad is the ultimate Midwestern dessert with a twist.
Halloween Brunch Club
Molly Yeh is hosting her brunch club with a fun Halloween theme that includes cute costumes and frighteningly good food. She makes saucy Cyclops Shakshuka Focaccias, Apple Pancakes with crispy caramelized edges, salty and cheesy Munster Monster Hash Brown Fingers and, for dessert, Matcha Macaroon Monsters that shine with sweetness!
Turtle River Hike
Molly Yeh starts the day by making one of her family's favorite breakfasts, a sweet and tangy Blueberry Toasted Oat Tart. Then she treats a few friends to a picnic lunch at Turtle River State Park with her thick and indulgent BLFGT Sandwiches -- that's bacon, lettuce and fried green tomatoes -- and creamy Ranch Egg Salad with veggies and matzo for dunking. For dessert, Molly makes Chocolate Pecan Sandwich Cookies with caramel frosting as a sweet tribute to the state park's revered reptile.
Nick's Birthday Dinner Roast
Molly Yeh is celebrating her husband's birthday with a delicious, Italian-inspired meal and friendly little roast -- with plenty of cheese! She makes Meaty Ziti with Pesto Dollops, spicy and briny Giardiniera Bruschetta and crispy Fried Olive Salad with creamy harissa dressing. Thanksgiving Parade on the Farm
It's the most legendary food holiday ever -- Thanksgiving! -- so Molly Yeh is celebrating with tons of food and a tiny parade on the farm. She makes crispy Fried Turkey Breasts with Cranberry Mayo, Everything Bagel Stuffing, twice-baked Tahini Cinnamon Sweet Potatoes with Toasted Meringue and, for dessert, her melt-in-your-mouth Pistachio Pudding Pie.
Puppet Circus
Molly Yeh is putting together a puppet circus on the farm and making lots of tasty food for the occasion! She bakes creamy Roasted Butternut Squash Shells & Cheese and flakey Oyster Cracker Crusted Fish Sticks, and she uses lots of cheese in her Broccolini in Blankets. For dessert, Molly makes her adorably goofy Mint Clown Cones that are sure to make everyone smile!
Heck Yeah Hanukkah!
Molly Yeh is going all out for Hanukkah with an ugly sweater party and heaps of marvelous food, including rich and hearty Beef Stew with Fluffy Pitas. She also makes Mini Sufganiyot Salad drizzled with creamy tahini dressing, and her Chocolate Coconut Shake with a Latke Stack satisfies both sweet and salty cravings for dessert. Finally, Molly ups the ante on the high-stakes dreidel game with Hazelnut Gelt Cookies.
Super "Scandi" Christmas
For Christmas, Molly Yeh is having a ball making a Scandinavian-inspired meal in an ode to her farming family. For breakfast, she bakes a rich and warmly spiced Cardamom Wreath. For dinner, she makes the juiciest Meatballs & Lutefisk and chewy Potato & Ham Dumplings with Brussels Sprouts, and dessert is a beautiful, fluffy Norwegian Cream Cake with sugar cranberries that screams Happy Holidays!
2nd Honeymoon
Molly Yeh is putting together a second honeymoon on the farm with all the best dishes from her first married vacation. She makes her Fluffy Shredded Pancake with tart Plum Sauce, crunchy Pork Schnitzel with a crisp Cucumber Salad, super Cheesy Spaetzle with Fried Onions and Chives, and the most adorable Glazed Almond Mini Cakes you've ever seen!
Chinese Brunch
Molly Yeh's dad is in town for the weekend, and she's making a delicious Chinese brunch, starting with deep fried Pork Belly in crispy Egg Pancakes. Then, she makes comforting Congee with Sauteed Greens, Chinese Crullers for dunking and moist Black Sesame Babka that's baked to perfection!
