Episode 14

Three teams of builders go head to head, pricing up jobs and offering designs, and the homeowners choose which team to go with. The first build on offer is in Stretford, where Karen wants to convert her cellar into a playroom for her train-obsessed stepson on a budget of £1,500. She has to choose between Faiz and Tom's idea to run a train track through the wall, Tracy and Darryll's train-tunnel chimney-breast mural or Chris and Mark's plan for a vibrant play space with oodles of storage. In Woking, Ross and Giovanna's bedroom hasn't been updated in decades and is need of a complete refit, including an entire wall of bespoke wardrobes. They have got £2,500 to spend, but who will they pick for the job?
