Episode 11

Three teams of builders go head to head, pricing up jobs and offering designs, and the homeowners choose which team to go with. The first build on offer is in Redhill, Surrey, where Heidi and Ollie want to reconfigure their bathroom and build a new en suite on a budget of £8,000. They must choose between Wayne and Steph's idea to create a girl station for their four daughters, Simon and John, who suggest a shower straight off the bedroom, or lone wolf Elliot, who thinks a wet room is the way to go. Meanwhile, in Bury, Greater Manchester, Simon and Caroline have a dilapidated hallway that desperately needs an overhall. The builders come up with three different designs, but of course only one pair can win the job.
