Force, Book, Earth, Pond, Dunk, and Gun prepare to travel to Japan to open a Thai restaurant. The group prepares the menu and divides their responsibilities. Before leaving for Japan, the group develops their cooking skills with Chef Tukta.

Episode 2
The Fully Booked team completes their cooking class with Chef Tukta before leaving for Osaka.

Episode 3
The guys arrive in Japan and take on their first mission of preparing the food all on their own and securing their ingredients from the local markets.

Episode 4
The Fully Booked crew open the restaurant for the first time and welcome 24 guests for their dinner service.

Episode 5
Fully Booked restaurant begins day two of their service with new menu options.

Episode 6
The Fully Booked crew celebrate the end of their time running a restaurant in Japan and receive the feedback from their customers.
