Blame It on All My Roots
Garth Brooks tells the story of being raised by a country singer Mom and Military Dad and coming of age in the Honky Tonks of Oklahoma as he begins his journey to bring his honky-tonk to Nashville. He enlists Ben and Max Goldberg of Strategic Hospitality, brothers and superstars of the Nashville nightlife boom. With his veteran contractor, Gary Birdwell, Garth begins demolition on the building!

Setting The Stage
There's nothing as exciting as a Garth Brooks concert. It's important for Garth that the honky-tonk feel like his live shows. So he brings in his tour manager and stage and lighting team to build the best stage on Lower Broadway. When Garth struggles with what food to serve in his honky-tonk, he makes a decision that changes everything at the bar. Ms. Yearwood enters the picture.

Setting The Table
While Garth, Gary and the Strategic Hospitality team plan out the third-floor kitchen of the honky-tonk, Trisha Yearwood gets to work on the menu for all the restaurants in the Honky Tonk. The food needs to taste exactly like her home recipes, and cooking at such a large scale is daunting. Garth volunteers to taste the dishes to help her narrow down some winners.

The Sevens Club
Inspired by old Vegas and Frank Sinatra, Garth and Trisha design an exclusive bar inside the honky-tonk called The Sevens Club. While Strategic Hospitality works to bring their opulent vision to life, Trisha works on a tasting menu for a private event space. As their grand-opening deadline inches closer, Garth drops a bomb on his team that changes everything.

Road To The Oasis
With the grand opening pushed up by a month, Gary and the Strategic Hospitality team work around the clock to finish the honky-tonk. The Oasis, a rooftop bar, has fallen behind and it's all-hands-on deck to get it completed in time. Lots of projects are incomplete and time is running out. Garth reflects on his career, and the song that helped launch him to stardom.

Full Circle
With only days left to the grand opening, the team races to finish the honky-tonk. Last-minute projects are finished, the stages are made ready for live music, the bars are stocked with food and beer and the rooftop Oasis is finally completed. When opening day arrives, will the bar be ready? Garth reminisces on the journey it's been to make this bar a reality.
