Fan Favorites
Four former contestants return for a shot at victory in a new challenge; the competitors make their signature blades; after two rounds, two smiths take on the final challenge of recreating a weapon they've never seen before, the hook sword.

Champions Edition
Four champions return for a chance to prove themselves; after two rounds of competition, only two will move on to the final round where they will have just five days to create a weapon that stumped previous contestants -- the Scottish claymore.

Butterfly Swords
Four new contestants try to craft a signature-style blade from a pile of tools, both old and new; crafting Chinese butterfly swords, the final two smiths face twice the work, and twice the pressure, in their attempt to claim the title.

The Falcata
Four smiths must create a blade out of high-carbon steel while also forging the hammer they'll use to make it; in the final round, they'll have five days to create a weapon known for its deadly prowess against armored soldiers, the falcata.

Kora Sword
Four new smiths must forge blades using pieces of steel harvested from monstrous power tools; some of them excel under the pressure, while others are pushed to the limits of exhaustion; the final two must create a sacrificial sword from history.

Xiphos Sword
Bladesmiths must harvest the steel from a piece of construction equipment; after a round of testing and another elimination, the two remaining smiths face off to recreate a classic Greek sword used in close quarters combat.

Viking Sword
Four bladesmiths are subjected to one of the most extreme challenges of the season during which they must salvage material from a car and forge a blade in record time, then two smiths will have five days to create a Viking sword; enhanced.

The War Hammer
Bladesmiths must choose wisely as they are asked to dumpster-dive for steel to be turned into a hardened blade of their choosing; two smiths will move on to forge a war hammer.

Hunga Munga
Four bladesmiths must make a serrated blade out of the tools on the table in front of them; they must harvest enough steel to forge the blade without melting down a crucial tool; the final two smiths attempt to forge a Hunga Munga; enhanced.

The Boar Spear Part 1
Four new bladesmiths are put to the test when they must forge a bayonet blade and engineer it to attach to a rifle; the final two smiths are sent home to spend five days forging the legendary African blade, the Zulu Iklwa; enhanced.

The Naginata
Four bladesmiths must create a signature blade using a randomly chosen mystery technique; two will return to their home forges where they will reproduce a Japanese Naginata, which is famous for its long length and use in martial arts; enhanced.

Night of Redemption
Four bladesmiths salvage steel from a junkyard to create a blade using a hand-cranked coal forge; the smiths struggle to create a Japanese hardening technique; after two rounds, the two remaining smiths face off to recreate a Viking sword.

The Zweihander
Four competitors must forge weld blades for friction folders from tiny cubes of steel; two smiths return home to forge a German Zweihander; enhanced.

Night of Champions
Bladesmiths must forge a weapon from cable steel; next, the smiths are asked to forge a weapon in their signature style from a large pile of mixed metal; four champions return for a challenge that leaves no room for error, a high carbon steel inlay.

The Haladie
For the first time ever, four bladesmiths must use high carbon steel to forge a hatchet; two smiths make it to the final round during which they will have five days to create an ancient Indian weapon used to both stab and slice; enhanced.

The Repair Shop
The Repair Shop is a workshop of dreams, where broken or damaged cherished family heirlooms are brought back to life.
Furniture restorers, horologists, metal workers, ceramicists, upholsterers and all manner of skilled craftsmen and women have been brought together to work in one extraordinary space, restoring much-loved possessions to their former glory.
Many of these items have incredible stories behind them and a unique place in history: from an accordion played in the Blitz by a woman who is now in her 90s, to a beautifully crafted clock made by a father who was completely blind; a Pinball machine that is currently being used as a kitchen counter, and a Davenport desk with its trademark fake drawers which fooled burglars - and their crowbar.

The Gilded Age
The American Gilded Age was a period of immense economic change, of huge fortunes made and lost, and the rise of disparity between old money and new.
Against this backdrop of change, the story begins in 1882 — introducing young Marian Brook, the orphaned daughter of a Union general, who moves into the New York City home of her thoroughly old money aunts Agnes van Rhijn and Ada Brook. Accompanied by Peggy Scott, an accomplished African-American woman, Marian inadvertently becomes enmeshed in a social war between one of her aunts, a scion of the old money set, and her stupendously rich neighbors, a ruthless railroad tycoon and his ambitious wife, George and Bertha Russell.
