Sheffield - Woodland View
In the first episode, they travel to Woodland View, a nursing home on the edge of Sheffield where sixty residents, all suffering from dementia, are being cared for. The residents have a large green outside area for their use, but they cannot enjoy it. The paths are too dangerous, and the doors to the garden have been locked.
After 10 days of non-stop work, can the Gang pull off stunning results? We'll find out, and Anneka will let viewers know how they can join in and help put the finishing touches to next week's garden in Sunderland.

Sunderland - Young Carers
In the second episode of The Flowerpot Gang, Anneka Rice, Phil Tufnell and Joe Swift, travel to Sunderland where the call for help has come from the Sunderland Carers' Centre. It's a charity that gives young people looking after family members with illness or disability, much-needed support and the chance to enjoy their childhood.
After 10 days of non-stop work, can the Gang pull off stunning results with the viewers help? We'll find out and Anneka will let viewers know how they can join in and help put the finishing touches on, and celebrate the official opening of, a Bristol garden.

Bristol - Strawberry Square
This week Anneka, Phil and Joe find themselves helping two schools in Bristol who have formed an unlikely partnership. While the Student Support Centre helps students who have been excluded from mainstream schools, New Fosseway School focuses on kids with severe learning difficulties. Although on the same school campus, the two schools are separated by an unused garden, which they want to share to bring their pupils closer together.
Can The Flowerpot Gang leave a lasting legacy for the two schools? We'll find out and Anneka will let viewers know how they can join in and help put the finishing touches to next week's garden in London.

East London
In this programme, the Flowerpot Gang are at a housing estate in Poplar, east London. The children here are unable to use the estate's open spaces. With antisocial behaviour a persistent problem, many of the gates remain permanently locked and as a result, hundreds of families only have tiny balconies to play on and hardly any space to grow things.
So can the Flowerpot Gang help the community resurrect one of the unused spaces? And will families start to use it again and discover the power of gardening?
