No Such Thing as a Safe Bet in Vegas
Las Vegas is the harshest real estate market in the country. It's expensive, competitive, and unpredictable. But Aubrey and Bristol Marunde have carved their niche to make it work. Both multitalented, they do most of the work themselves to keep their margins high. Aubrey is the designer and real estate agent, and Bristol is the general contractor. When it comes to demolition, it doesn't hurt that he's a mixed martial arts fighter as well. They find a property with some covetable stats. It sits on a half acre, which is huge for Vegas. It's zoned for horses, and has it's own well and septic, all rare and desirable features. However, the property is a mess. Outdated finishings and a poor layout for today's buyer necessitate a total gut and remodel inside, and the outside is just as bad. Can they successfully stretch their dollars to turn this dilapidated house into a Vegas dream home?

Bet Big, Win Big
Bristol and Aubrey set their sights on a fixer upper in Henderson, a rare find in the custom neighborhood just outside of Las Vegas. They face serious challenges to get the home ready for market, including a broken-down pool, a depressing kitchen and a layout that makes no sense.

Go Bold or Go Home
Aubrey and Bristol find a '90s-style home near Nellis Air Force Base that could be perfect for a military family. The couple gets rid of the out-of-date elements and brings in bold, modern twists in their riskiest renovation yet.

Nod to Midcentury Mod
Aubrey and Bristol check out a two-bedroom house that just hit the Las Vegas market. While two-bedroom homes rarely turn much of a profit, they both agree that the house has the potential to become something truly special after receiving a 21st century upgrade.

Foreclosure Goes Glam
Aubrey and Bristol take a chance on a foreclosure with signs of neglect. The outdated farmhouse has a laundry list of issues on the inside but it's the ancient air conditioning unit outside that causes the most worry. Installing a new unit could decimate their bottom line -- will they be able to save the little cottage?

Is It a House or a Prison?
A home for sale in Las Vegas raises red flags for Aubrey and Bristol Marunde. There are bars on the windows and doors and the roof is leaking. But if Aubrey and Bristol can turn this neglected home fast, they've got a chance to make tidy profit.

From Cookie-Cutter to Custom
Aubrey and Bristol take a chance on flipping a cookie-cutter home. The house has good bones, but the potential profit margin is slim, leaving no room for mistakes. On top of that, the design needs to pop in order to make this house stand out in a sea of lookalike competitors.

Rock and Roll Renovation
Aubrey and Bristol purchase a small condo on Las Vegas Boulevard within walking distance of the Strip. Aubrey envisions the ideal buyer as someone who wants to be in the thick of the action so she's turning this bland condo into a super glam high-end apartment.

Beach Cottage in the Desert
Aubrey and Bristol Marunde buy the worst house on the block and set out to turn the 3-bedroom, 2-bath ranch house into a beach cottage hideaway. When their timeline is threatened by delayed materials, there's no room for mistakes in their vision of bringing the beach to the desert.

Buyer's Remorse
Aubrey and Bristol take a big risk buying a tiny one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo in a nice location sight unseen. Buyer's remorse quickly sets in with Aubrey when she realizes they have to go all-out to properly flip this tiny condo. Can they turn this nasty space into a glamorous and profitable showpiece without blowing the budget?

Bank-Owned Disaster
Aubrey and Bristol take a chance on a disastrous Las Vegas townhouse. Though they may have gotten a good price on the home, they'll need to deal with bugs, water damage and an unexpected stop-work order to see a return on their investment. Will they be able to make a profit out of this disaster?

Hitting the Wall
When a three-bedroom, 1980s ranch house drops in price, Aubrey sees the potential to make a profit by flipping it into a family home. However, when a load-bearing wall can't be taken down, Aubrey is forced to change her entire design plan.
