The Final
The contest in which up-and-coming chefs compete to prove that they have the culinary skills and business brain to win a once-in-a-lifetime prize - their own restaurant within London's exclusive Langham hotel - reaches its finale. The three remaining contenders must run the Palm Court as if it was already their own for one night and devise and deliver a menu representative of their concept.
