Alma (Sandra Blázquez) promete a Roque (Bart Santana) que, si le entrega el boceto del retrato que hizo de ella, le dejará en paz. Sin embargo, la alumna no tiene intención de que las cosas con Roque (Bart Santana) terminen ahí. Y va a utilizar la pintura para tenderle una trampa. Yoli (Andrea Duro) trata por todos los medios de evitar que Quino (Óscar Sinela) le vea con Julio, pero va a fracasar en su objetivo. La reacción de Quino (Óscar Sinela) va alarmar a Yoli (Andrea Duro). Paula (Angy Fernández) va a sufrir unos pinchazos en el estómago. Ella piensa que no es nada serio, pero Gorka (Ádam Jezierski) se va a obsesionar con que la vea un buen médico cuanto antes. Irene (Blanca Romero) cree que Thomas se ha enrollado con la pareja de intercambio; aunque Irene (Blanca Romero) no quiere hacer lo mismo, tiene la necesidad de hacer creer al profesor de inglés que ella también ha tenido relaciones sexuales con otro. Cabano (Maxi Iglesias) comienza las sesiones de quimioterapia. Está más sensible y esquivo que nunca, rechazando toda la ayuda que le ofrece Ruth (Úrsula Corberó), Clara (Nuria González) o su madre. Martín y Blanca (Cecilia Freire) siguen con los preparativos de la boda. Las cosas se van a complicar cuando Martín (Jose Manuel Seda) descubra en el móvil de Blanca (Cecilia Freire) un mensaje cariñoso de Berto (Álex Barahona). David (Adrián Rodríguez) se ha marchado de casa por el acoso de sus padres. Fer (Javier Calvo) le propone mudarse con él hasta que se arreglen las cosas. Algo que no va a ser tan fácil.
