Journalist and author Fareed Zakaria hosts this in-depth look at the major global developments of the week (the title's ``GPS'' stands for ``Global Public Square''), with an emphasis on new ideas and innovative solutions to the world's toughest problems. Each episode also features Zakaria leading a panel discussion and interviewing a major world figure.
Former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko joins Fareed from the frontline in Kyiv expressing how Ukrainian civilians and military personnel are fighting to protect their country and tells Fareed what they need from the West. Then Robert Gates, former Secretary of Defense and former Director of the CIA, says Putin has "gone off the rails." He also thinks Putin has miscalculated two things: how tough the resistance in Ukraine would be and how united the West would be in opposing Russia's actions. Finally, Kenyan UN Ambassador Martin Kimani tells Fareed why weak states could be trampled by powerful ones if the rules-based international order breaks down. They review the ambassador's recent comments to the Security Council. Clarissa Ward and Nic Robertson report on the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

Destination X sees a group of contestants go on the road trip of a lifetime but they have no idea of their location. In order to win, they must figure out their mystery locations. Once they're on the blacked-out Destination X bus, the journey turns into a real-life game board, with challenges designed to offer clues as to their location, along with a few misdirects to keep them guessing.
At the end of each episode, the contestant who places an X on a map furthest from the actual location packs their bags. The first participant to reach Destination X will be crowned the winner.
