Chapter 1 - Reflection
While Karina steps into adulthood with her job in finance, Karen pushes on in the task of helping her boyfriend become a free man as he serves his life sentence. The O'Tooles contemplate and question the true cause of Billy's unexpected passing.

Chapter 2 - Redemption
The O'Tooles hire a private investigator to look into the cause of Billy's death. Gina and Chris reconnect on how to be better parents, while Karen and Karina conflict over Karina trying to make a name for herself beyond her families past.

Chapter 3 - Understanding
As Sammy and Karen continue to tell the world their truth, Karina struggles to see both sides of their past criminal actions. The Nayfelds anxiously anticipate Boris' arrival into the U.S. as his probation ends.

Chapter 4 - Discovering
While Karen continues to unravel her families past, her family uncovers some new information along the way. Big Chris finds out news that could jeopardize his freedom. Eli reflects on his relationship with his father and brings up the topic of divorce.

Chapter 5 - Confirmation
The O'Tooles' private investigator shares his conclusion of his investigation of Billy's death. Karen struggles with the unexpected outcome of Xavier's appeal. CP and his family stress over the disparities of the prison healthcare system.

Chapter 6 - Rebuilding
Karen continues to fight for Xavier's freedom with the help of his family and lawyer, while Karina receives shocking information about her business. The O'Tooles begin to adjust to their new normal after receiving the results of the investigation.

Chapter 7 - Homecoming
The Laroccas prepare for Big Chris' surgery after his official release from the prison system. After 20 years of being in witness protection, Billy decides to go back to Brooklyn to aid in his father's case alongside Bills and Layla.

Chapter 8 - Healing
While in New York for Billy's case, Bills reaches out to an estranged family member. Big Chris finally receives surgery to remove his cancer, however his road to recovery continues to be an ongoing process. Karina continues to try to resolve her lawsuit.

Chapter 9 - Reconciliation
Bills connects with Dana in person for the first time and updates her on the case. New information is uncovered in the cause Billy's death which causes renewed suspicion amongst the O'Tooles. CP and his family work together to help Big Chris.

Chapter 10 - Conclusion
While meeting for the first time since witness protection, Billy and Dana discuss the potential consequences of the case. The O'Tooles receive Billy's autopsy report and reflect on life after his passing. Angela tracks down Boris to discuss their divorce.
