With an extreme makeover, Patrick would like to be transformed from ""a frog to a prince"" for his beautiful wife, Missie. Patrick also receives a hair transplant - the first ever on ""Extreme Makeover!"" Patrick's procedures included a lateral and central brow lift, cheek lift with contropexy (corner of the eye tightening), eye shape restructuring, rhinoplasty with bone and septum repair, turbenechtomy for breathing, buccal fat excision, large chin implant, submental liposuction with face and neck lift, absculpting, liposuction of flanks and chest, hair transplant and restoration, LASIK eye surgery, Zoom whitening, cosmetic gum surgery and eight da Vinci porcelain veneers. Amanda is a young librarian who believes you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. She has always been called ""Bubbs"" her whole life
