Eloise's architectural cake for Essex Pride goes up in rainbow coloured smoke. The colourful cake take on Chelmsford's Town Hall is built from a 100-egg vanilla sponge, sandwiched with two kilos of rainbow coloured buttercream. Decorated in six kilos of fondant and florist paste, its intricate details take a whole day to sculpt - all of which hides a special colourful surprise. Nastassja's busy shaping and coating the two spherical sponges for her stunning sea urchin inspired baby shower cake.
