Alistair Appleton is on a house-hunting mission in the South Devon countryside with a recently retired couple who have a £540,000 budget to up sticks from Burton upon Trent and relocate to live closer to their daughter.
While in the area, Alistair learns how the Devon Wildlife Trust is joining forces with the UK National Tree Seed Project and harvesting seed samples from woodlands to safeguard the future of thousands of British tree species so they avoid the risk of extinction.
