Ensam i vildmarken - Season 1

Eight participants are dropped into the Norwegian wilderness. The contestants must first build a good camp to protect from harsh weather.

Some competitors have not yet eaten since the start of the challenge, and fishing is more important than ever.

Seven competitors remain, but by the fifth day, the challenge is eating away at them. Fishing has become more important than ever before.

With six competitors left, nature has finally come into play with strong winds and long, cold nights as the weather only gets worse.

Icy winds roll in to batter the remaining contestants, who are now faced with the coldest temperatures so far.

There are four fighters left in the third week of the competition, but freezing winds and bad weather continue to blow their camps away.

By the fourth week, the competitors have all lost a lot of weight as the hunt for food becomes more challenging.

The cold season is making its mark on the Norwegian wilderness as the three remaining contestants enter their 27th day.

After 30 days in the wilderness, only the two strongest competitors remain and a final showdown will determine the winner.
