Caroline gives tips on enriching Rocco's environment but her big challenge is to nip the biting in the bud. It's dog behaviourist Leon's job to try to chill out hyper-hound Jude; the French bulldog is running rings around his owner, Leah, but Leon has a training strategy to help. And vet Gavin meets Norman the western hognose snake, who has suddenly started striking at his doting owner Chris, every time he comes close to his enclosure.
