El Mal Invisible - Season 1

Season 1

Episodes

Estat d'alarma
Police officers Marga Muñoz and Quique Molina must investigate the murder of a homeless man sleeping on the street in the middle of a pandemic. The main suspect is another homeless person with whom the victim had a fight days earlier. Molina, upset by his divorce, arrests her with violence and without evidence. At the same time, Inspector Vilana must take in his son Max, a gifted teenager with whom Vilana has had very little contact, during the pandemic.

L'home invisible
After the murder of homeless young man Imad Massoud, everything points once again to the perpetrator being The Son of a Bitch, who is trying to escape arrest. The police try to confirm the authorship of the second murder of a homeless person by reviewing the subway security cameras, while a colleague of Imad's decides to take justice into his own hands. But the publication of a home video of the murder will shake everything up.

El tercer home
If El Filldeputa didn't kill Imad, who did? The same one who killed the first victim? While the police are investigating, a new murder of a homeless person occurs, the third in a few days. Journalist Judith Hoffman wonders the same as the police: is there a serial killer acting in the middle of a pandemic on the streets of Barcelona? In this context, Max and his neighbor Rebeca decide to skip the lockdown.

Operació sleepers
Although they don't admit it, the Mossos are already working with the hypothesis of a serial killer and are organizing an operation to catch him: Operation Sleepers. Sergeant Molina volunteers to infiltrate the homeless, but the nights spent outdoors end up undermining his health and morale. Meanwhile, the Mossos recommend that the homeless not spend the night alone, but problems arise and Jonas leaves the group's protection.

La nit del caçador
Sergeant Molina receives a restraining order from his wife, Elena, and is removed from the case. Marga Muñoz reluctantly takes him into her home until he finds an apartment, unaware that Quim Vilana has also taken in Elena, whom he takes to an isolated house, where he will discover his true intentions. Meanwhile, Jonas makes plans to leave the streets and return home while the homeless killer leaves his hiding place to act again.

La cacera
The police detect the presence of the murderer near where musician Jonas Jankauskas was beaten to death. Sergeant Molina, despite being removed from the case, joins a frenetic hunt in which all available forces intervene to catch the serial killer. Meanwhile, Max and Rebeca, taking advantage of Vilana's absence, skip confinement again, but this time their escape has a tragic outcome.

La mort d'un ciclista
The death of a rider is attributed to an accident and Rebeca shows Max that they have acted intelligently and that the same thing would not happen to them as to the homeless murderer. Marga Muñoz will be in charge of interrogating the detainee César Galves. Once she is finished, she will have to tell Molina everything she knows about Vilana. But she fears that, when he finds out, Molina will react violently.

Rebeca
Marga wants to act cautiously and wait for the right moment to file a complaint against her superior, Inspector Vilana. Molina, however, has hit rock bottom. He will probably be expelled from the force, he has several legal cases open and he has lost his wife forever. With no hope, he sets out to put an end to his problems. Finally, Max has to return to Holland to take care of his mother, but before they separate, Rebeca wants to do something that will unite them forever.
