Colonel McNulty finds himself at odds with Major Jim Tisnewski. The major must convince his superiors at the Pentagon and the Joint Chiefs of Staff that the United States should risk war with China to rescue an American operative.

Snatch and Grab
McNulty and his staff must act quickly to keep a terrorist ally from slipping away. Meanwhile, someone from JT's past figures into his misson of sending his old unit into harm's way when a high-risk mission requires the best of the special-ops teams.

Escape and Evade
McNulty sends JT on a mission to Iraq to find out why there is unauthorized covert action and if the United States is illegally treading on Iranian soil . However, he winds up wounded and is forced on the run. Sonny and Algazi assemble a team to rescue JT from Iraq. McNulty gets charged with sexual harassment by the Inspector General.

Tribes
Danger arises in Africa that mirrors the genocide in Rwanda and energizes J.T., who seeks the backing of an ambitious bureaucrat while the clock ticks.

Weekend Pass
A crisis in Suriname centers on two marines, suspected of raping a teenage girl and sought by a vengeful mob. J.T. seeks to evacuate the men, but his plan runs afoul of priority politics and intergovernmental wrangling.

Toy Soldiers
Interagency pressures tax J.T. over a suspected terrorist in Sarajevo, who has escaped from prison and is now a political hot potato.

Cemetery Wind (1)
Part 1 of 2. Angie is shot in D.C. in a violent attack that's linked to a Colombian drug cartel that she and J.T. had targeted years ago on an undercover mission, which is recalled via flashbacks---that also recount how Angie and J.T. got together.

Cemetery Wind (2)
Conclusion. In Colombia, J.T.'s at risk on an undercover operation to nail a murderous drug lord. It's a mission steeped in duplicity and intrigue, and one that triggers J.T.'s feelings of guilt and revenge.

Delta Does Detroit
J.T. journeys to Detroit to handle a delicate hostage crisis after a radical Christian collective assumes control of a mosque and holds its members captive.

The Forgotten
McNulty and J.T. mount a rescue mission in remote terrain in the Philippines to save a captured Navy SEAL, who was written off as dead three years earlier. The operation is met with numerous obstacles, however, including resistance from the Pentagon's civilian-oversight board.

Christmas Story
It's Christmas Eve, but J.T. is hard at work on a special relief mission to help Afghan villagers, who are facing torrential weather and, worse still, the encroaching Taliban. Meanwhile, Samantha meets J.T.'s father, who wants a special favor.

Breath of Allah
J.T. and company scramble to thwart a bioterrorism plot when it's discovered that the plague is being produced in an illegal lab. Meanwhile, J.T.'s relationship with Samantha is tested when she receives an appealing offer.

War Crimes
J.T. and his team spring into action to investigate war criminals in Sarajevo, but the mission sours when an attorney they're assigned to protect is poisoned.

The General
J.T. is promoted to lieutenant colonel and is put in charge of multiple Special Mission Units across the globe. But his celebration is cut short when terrorists kidnap an admired U.S. general in Spain and kill the man's wife in the process. Meanwhile, Pierce's love life blossoms.

Five Pillars
A blown operation in Pakistan leads J.T. to work alongside the FBI to find a spy in the E-Ring; J.T. is shocked when Pierce's new boyfriend, Master Sgt. Brian Meeks, is identified as the prime suspect for leaking the classified information. Meanwhile, Col. McNulty is kept out of the loop during J.T.'s investigation. Also, Bobby suspects his wife is having an affair.

Fallen Angels
A plane carrying American doctors on a mercy mission crashes in the Venezuelan jungle. The Venezuelans claim they were on a mission to assassinate their president. JT and his team must rescue them before they are captured.

Friends and Enemies
In North Korean waters, a submarine that Bobby's team is on collides with a North Korean nuclear submarine, damaging it. The Korean commander is eager for the Americans to save his crew, but he must work against his own countrymen, who have sent another vessel to kill everyone aboard rather than allowing the Americans to get their hands on the Korean submarine.

Two Princes
While visiting Riyadh in Saudi Arabia, JT and Bobby become involved in a scheme to kidnap the two daughters of the crown prince to help them to return to the US where they grew up.

Brothers in Arms
On a mission to train an elite Iraqi secret service unit, JT and Bobby befriend an Iraqi soldier who doesn't know his brother is a suicide bomber fighting against the American occupation. Meanwhile, Sam accompanies a Congressional delegation to Iraq and becomes trapped by the bomber on a military base with JT and Bobby.

Hard Sell
JT undergoes a psychological evaluation in which he recounts a mission to Lebanon to save one of his men who was tortured by insurgents.

Isolation
JT and the team travel to Mexico to apprehend a drug lord who has allied himself with Al Qaeda and is smuggling terrorists into the US. Meanwhile Bobby receives some bad news.

Acceptable Losses
After escaping from the hands of Mexican Police following a doomed operation, JT and his team end up killing a drug gang and a federal agent on the American side of the border. As the team was debriefing in a Miami hotel, Sonny and McNulty were trying to solve the crisis started by a mole inside the Pentagon.
