Liz says she spends 11 to 13 hours a day jogging around her coffee table until she reaches 100,000 steps on her Fitbit – the equivalent of 50 miles a day – every day. Her mother, Karen, says Liz has no life, career or hobbies and is afraid Liz is ruining her body and could also be ruining her marriage by keeping up her step obsession.
