An owner drives nine hours to the clinic hoping Dr. Jeff can save her dog's leg. Jeff and his team head to a wildlife sanctuary to treat a pack of wolves. And when a kitten with a deformed leg needs treatment, Dr. Baier steps up to the plate.

Two sisters rush their dog to the clinic with a life-threatening brain injury. Dr. Jeff is perplexed by a dog with a broken jaw. A fearless cat with a broken leg wins the admiration of the clinic staff. And the team treats some uncooperative yaks.

In Mexico, Dr. Jeff treats a dog with a painful looking growth and Drs. Petra and Nichols help a dog seriously injured in a fight. The team also tries to catch and treat a pack of feral dogs.

Dr. Jeff and Dr. Kraft take on a challenging shoulder break while Dr. Petra gets a cat off the hook; Dr. Baier and Dr. Jeff pitch in at a wolf sanctuary and Dr. Kraft helps a rottweiler with a scary condition.

Dr. Jeff faces tricky surgery to remove a large mass from a cherished Doberman's side. Dr. Baier treats a 10-year old cockatiel that is having trouble breathing. And, Dr. Don helps a playful puppy with a broken elbow.

When a beloved poodle arrives at the clinic, Dr. Jeff discovers a life-threatening condition and rushes him into surgery; four turtles, unable to eat, have their first vet visit in 43 years; Dr. Jeff and the team head out to operate on an alligator.
