Episode 1
In Belfast, a sink is waiting to be fitted in the barn at MacAulay College near Stornoway, but Donnie needs the students to help clear the barn before work can start! Throughout the series, he also follows the building process as a new house is constructed in Argyll. And when a deck chair is mentioned, Donnie is expecting a relaxing time but a surprise awaits as the concrete foundation works are underway.

Episode 2
In Lewis, amateur meteorologist Eddy Graham needs help after winter storms have battered his weather-vane to the ground. Donnie has to make an iron bracket and then reinstall the weather vane, ensuring it will withstand gales and wild weather. As he's in the garden doing that, Donnie spots a few more improvements which will help Eddy and his wife June.

Episode 3
Donnie rejuvenates a garden at Harris House in Tarbert. Although he does not claim to be a gardener, this neglected corner definitely needs his DIY skills! He has his work cut out for him though in an area where dock leaves and thistles abound. With a raised flower bed, decking and a specially built bird-table, the residents can comfortably appreciate the birds and the flowers.

Episode 4
Donnie sorts out a storage problem in this week's show. There is no room for the car in Donald John's garage because of all the miscellaneous items the family store. He wants to bring some order to the chaos and need Donnie's help. By installing a mezzanine loft able to store the clutter at one end of the building, he might be able to move the car back into the garage. However, a lot of material has to be moved out of the way before work can commence!

Episode 5
In this episode, Donnie is at the Bethesda Nursing Home and Hospice in Stornoway where a DIY job awaits. The staff want him to renovate a nurses' workstation which has is no longer used and create a linen cupboard. Donnie quickly gets to work, removing the cupboards, worktop and the electrics in the alcove before designing and fitting a linen cupboard with roller doors which will aid the work of the nursing staff. We also see how the house build in Craobh Haven is progressing.

Episode 6
In this last episode of the series, Donnie builds a barbecue at Lewis Castle College. After building a base and brick walls, the project is complete. Donnie invites contributors from the series to an afternoon of food and fun at the inaugural barbecue party. Plus the completed new-build in Craobh Haven, Argyll, as Donnie joins the site foreman and the home owner for a guided tour.
