A child is approached by a man, but manages to escape his attentions. Matteo's mother reports the incident to the Precinct and Commissioner Scalise immediately alerts his men. Roberto Ardenzi and Valeria discover that another child in the neighborhood, Tobia, has also been the victim of molestation, but the mother had not reported the incident and is reluctant to subject her son to the police's questions. A new report of pickpocketing arrives at the Precinct, this time Fast Boy has hit two Japanese tourists. From the stolen cell phone the pickpocket sends challenging messages to Inspector Belli. During a new stakeout by Mauro and Luca, in which Ugo also clumsily participates, Fast Boy manages to escape again. But Mauro does not give up, and following the trail of the stolen bib he finally manages to get his hands on the pickpocket, discovering with surprise that she is a girl.
