When Vera finally finds out that the woman was illegally smuggled to Munich and that the baby is a child from Eastern Europe that was adopted through an agency, she seems to be getting closer to solving the case.
But then suddenly Vera's daughter Zoe is kidnapped and Vera is confronted with the reference to officials of the Russian mafia. What role does the mediation agency Seerosen play?
