It is considered the successor to News from the Institution, which was shown for the last time on October 1, 2013. The cabaret artists Max Uthoff and Claus von Wagner will lead the show. They are joined by well-known guests from the field of cabaret. The show's director is Frank Hof. The studio represents the foyer of a psychiatric clinic. The cabaret artists performing can enter the stage via corridors, stairs and an elevator. Uthoff and von Wagner represent the squatters of the clinic left by Urban Priol and Frank-Markus Barwasser (aka Erwin Pelzig).
