An excellent girl with analytical skills, a master of sports in sambo, a kind-hearted single mother and a blonde fall into Makarov's group. While he is engaged in routine, the girls try to fulfill the tasks assigned to them.

Popova and Turkina go in search of a drug dealer, Verba identifies a guest worker who stole a purse from an old lady, and Sinitskaya leads Makarov by the nose and almost puts his friend behind bars.

Turkina is taken hostage, Verba and Popova face jail time for distributing counterfeit bills, and Makarov is accused of harassment by Sinitskaya.

While Popova brutally interrogates the suspect, and Verba drinks tea with the thief, Turkina and Sinitskaya cross the road to the colonel himself.

Because of the competition between Turkina and Sinitskaya, the colonel suffers again. Verba and Popova patrol the neighborhood, but get caught by the police.

While Sinitskaya adjusts personal life Turkina, and Verba tries to decipher the task from Makarov, Popova pulls off a score in an underground casino.

Popova is tasked with inventorying counterfeit alcohol, which helps her celebrate a friend's birthday via video link. Turkina accuses criminalist Kurenkov of harassment, and Verba interrogates girls with low social responsibility, while trying to find a nanny for her son.

Sinitskaya and Popova are given the task of rounding up the supervised persons. During the rounds, information about a recently released criminal, who lives on the high street, comes to light. For the first time in her service Sinitskaya has to use her main weapon - her breasts.

Popova uses her official position to extort money from the detainee's friends. Makarov sends Sinitskaya to help the young investigator to start a relationship, but Turkina interferes with her plans and persuades Sinitskaya to switch cases.

Turkina finds herself under the influence of an herbal collection that her grandmother sells near the subway. Verba is working for two, as Sinitskaya leads her around, pretending to be tired after a trip to the orphanage. Popova is assigned a case of robbery of a household appliance warehouse, but she has something more important to do - finding a place to watch an important soccer match with her friends.

Belov, the chief of the Main Department, instructs Verba to take the drugs for examination, but she confuses the bags and gives the plasticine she bought for her son for kindergarten instead of drugs. Popova beats Salamatin in a boxing sparring match, which makes the colonel very angry.

Olga and Makarov make a bet on solving the case. The main condition is that the suspect must be questioned by Sinitskaya. Verba accidentally hears that Salamatin has problems with hemorrhoids, and decides to cure him. She is not stopped neither by the chain of command, nor even by the fact that the colonel has a completely different problem....

Turkina and Kurenkov try to diversify their intimate relationship by having sex in the boss's office. Verba's son steals a chocolate bar from the supermarket, and Verba decides to show him how it can end. She brings her son to the interrogation of a recidivist thief.

Turkina and Popova are trying to catch a gang that covers beggars. They infiltrate the ranks of vagrants and take Verba's son with them without her knowledge. Sinitskaya tries to help her friend who has had a poor quality plastic surgery on her breasts.

Sinitskaya uses the evidence as a gift for her young man. Makarov instructs Popova to track down a gang of auto forgers, and Turkina invites Kurenkov home for dinner and asks Verba to help, as she herself cannot cook at all.

People come to Turkina all day long with idiotic complaints. Verba has an admirer who leaves love messages on the asphalt in front of the department. Soon he is detained. Verba can't wait to find out who it is, and she recognizes him....

Popova learns that the organization where Verba's husband works is full of ex-criminals who have taken the path of correction. She finds out their data in order to arrest someone. An old friend comes to visit Zhilin, and Sinitskaya is forced to pretend to be his new wife.

Makarov finds out that Verba's ex-husband is a swindler, but Verba does not want to listen to him and even writes a resignation letter. Kurenkov gives Turkina a season ticket to a spa, which she sells to Sinitskaya, not knowing that it is a SPA-romantic program for two...

Makarov once again accuses the girls of incompetence, gives them petty errands and leaves the department to look for tickets to the Russian Football Cup. The girls learn that the thief Shulya has escaped from prison and decide to prove to Makarov that they are good operatives.

Makarov is accused of exceeding his authority when detaining Shulia. Everyone tries to help him out, but only Turkina takes Belov's side, which provokes the anger of the other girls.
