Dangerous Toys (2014)

EndedDocumentary show

Dangerous Toys is a new one-hour special produced by Jamie Hyneman and Adam Savage. The MythBusters hosts are partnering on the new TV concept that takes their talent for building awesomely destructive gadgets and crosses it with kids' playtime. The special takes a kids fort-battle game and blows it up with adult-sized concoctions. Hyneman and Savage will interview children for ideas and build giant versions of child-play favorites — such as a 25-foot couch fort and explosive robotic armies — in an attempt to bring each other down. "It does mean we're going to have to interact with children though," Hyneman points out.
