Meet the Dancing Queens
As a new season of Latin Pro-Am competition begins, five women who dance as a hobby prepare themselves for the first competition of the year. The stress of trying to balance jealous husbands, demanding jobs and an all-consuming hobby comes to a head when the ladies come face to face on the dance floor.

Second Place Is Losing
The first competition of the season kicks off, and the women leave it all on the dance floor. Back at home, the ladies are already thinking about the next competition as they settle back into their normal lives. Sabrina vows to redeem her second-place finish and misses Passover to rehearse but faces roadblocks along the way. Colette spends quality time with her son. Leonie still doesn't feel ready to tackle a big competition. Donie and her pro dance partner discuss her poor placement. Colette reveals how deeply the breakup with her old pro affected her.

This Is Ballroom!
Leonie still feels insecure about her partnership with Koysta and her own ability, so they head to a smaller competition near home while the rest of the women compete at a larger competition in New Orleans. Desperate to avenge her second-place finish at Tri-State, Sabrina leaves her family to celebrate Passover without her, but the reunion with Stas is tense. Donie tries to change up her look to improve her chances of winning. A new dancer, Pooja, competes for the first time on the arm of Colette's ex-partner. The women enjoy the spoils of New Orleans, but their friendship is tested by one's ruthless need to win.

In Atlantic City, Leonie tries to quiet her self-doubt as she and Koysta hit the dance floor for the first time. In New Orleans, Pooja takes the floor for her first Latin competition while Colette is determined to beat her and her ex-partner Kristijan. When Sabrina returns home, she's faced with another choice between family and dance. Back home, Pooja reflects on the need to be as good as her mom and sister. Leonie celebrates moving past the pressure her parents put on her. Colette contemplates assisted living for her son.

They Hate Me Because I Win
After placing first in New Orleans, Sabrina is determined to prove it wasn't a fluke, but guilt from her family could derail her chances. Colette surprises Pooja in an attempt to find common ground. Donie tries to build her confidence with a photoshoot, but the photos leave her more uncomfortable than before. Leonie is riding high after her win in Atlantic City and prepares for the next competition in Atlanta. Tensions run high and the dancers' true feelings about each other are revealed.

Rumba with Frenemies
At the Atlanta Open, the dancers are rattled by Leonie's surprise appearance. The tension between Sabrina and Stas explodes on and off the dance floor. Donie's placement continues to frustrate her. Colette finds peace in the ballroom and home. Pooja is disappointed with her results and starts to question her decision to switch to Latin. Leonie revels in finding her groove as they head into the biggest competition of the season.

Trophies Are Trash
With the biggest competition of the year around the corner, Sabrina is confronted by Stas, her daughter and her husband. Donie gets a reality check from Dancing with the Stars pro Val Chmerkovskiy. Leonie has a target on her back after winning in Atlanta, and her self-doubt resurfaces along with guilt about leaving her daughter. Colette is relieved with her son's progress. Pooja channels her inner champion before competing with her mother and sister for the first time.

Losing's Not My Style
All of the ladies arrive in Dallas to face off against each other for the first time. Sabrina puts her foot in her mouth at drinks with the others and makes a new enemy. Colette is happy to be dancing without her previous baggage. Donie tries to find joy on the floor again. Leonie struggles to silence her worries. Pooja is ready to prove to her mom and sister that she can succeed at Latin. A surprise for Sabrina threatens to throw her off her game.
