San Bernardino Police recover pounds of meth and a tossed gun after a car chase that ends with three occupants foot bailing across a freeway. A convicted felon is caught with cocaine and a ghost gun but tells Officers he was being chased by two vehicles and denies knowledge of the drugs and weapon.
