Season 1Episode 460 minJuli 4, 2013
Ross and Tanya
Faced with job uncertainty, Ross and Tanya from Brighton have asked Carlton to help change their lives. However, they are torn. Should they remain on the south coast, close to their families, or completely overturn their lives by moving to Italy? Carlton shows the couple a crêperie overlooking the harbour in Dartmouth as their first potential new venture. For the second opportunity, the couple visit a charming Italian sandwich shop in Pisa with potential to expand. The third option is in rural Abruzzo, in central Italy, where Carlton locates a four bedroom house that is ideal to convert for holiday letting.
