Day 4

Clare Balding and Gabby Logan introduce the day's highlights, with England's Olympic gymnast Max Whitlock vying for two of the 20 gold medals on offer.
Whitlock came into these Games as favourite in the men's floor and pommel horse, while Australia's teenage swimming sensation Kyle Chalmers is attempting gold in the 100m freestyle final, less than a year after he underwent corrective heart surgery.
It is also the first day of athletics, with England race walker Tom Bosworth and hammer thrower Nick Miller among the early medal hopefuls.
