Spencer and the team face snow and sleet, but the bad weather doesn't stop them as they prepare decadent brunch dishes such as a skillet sweet potato with sausage, apple cereal-dusted popovers, a bacon bread pudding, a croissant and eggs Benedict.

Spencer tackles social media demands with his on-camera work and prepares a jumbo rib sandwich with sweet BBQ sauce and rainbow slaw, a crispy fried fish sandwich with avocado tartare sauce and a smash burger with a chip-crusted bun.

Spencer cooks a creamy turkey and wild rice blanquette with fresh, fluffy bannock and a sweet tarragon butter, a rich cauliflower korma soup with warm spices and cashews, and a simple dulce de leche mug pudding cake.

Spencer makes a flavour-packed, gooey spaetzle mac and cheese, a beer cheese soup with goat cheese and tomato strudel, and some simple cheese puffs that disappear almost as soon as they are out of the oven.

Spencer makes game day food including barbecue beef and bacon armadillo eggs with chipotle cheddar centres, dill pickle chip coated chicken wings with dirty pickles and spicy buttermilk ranch dip, and a skillet baked cambozola with an apple mostarda.

One Pot Comfort
Spencer keeps the dirty dishes to a minimum with his ham hock and barley risotto with green peas, a seafood and andouille sausage gumbo with puff pastry cap and Tuscan smothered bone-in pork chops.

Sugar Coated Comfort
The crew indulge their sweet tooth with fluffy doughnuts, some peanut butter and jelly-inspired stuffed cookies with a raspberry glaze and some decadent decked-out carrot cake waffles.

Better the Next Day
Spencer utilises leftover barbecue chicken to elevate fried tortillas, smothering them in queso, pico di gallo, cilantro cream and cheese. He crafts rice cakes with leftover salmon, and transforms leftover potatoes into loaded spring rolls.

Simply Seafood
Spencer shares his recipe for salmon stuffed with creamed spinach, sun-dried tomatoes and olives with Greek-style potatoes, makes crispy coconut shrimp with pineapple rum hot sauce, and bathes mussels with lime, chilli and white wine sauce.

Inspiring Comfort
Spencer shares some comfort food favourites inspired by those around him, starting with his mum's holiday turkey dinner, followed by his best friend's mum's Filipino adobo chicken and a unique twist on his grandma's apple crumble.

Spencer prepares pepperoni arancini risotto pops with molten mozzarella and spicy marinara sauce, puffed millet and cornmeal coated chicken bites with a sweet chilli firecracker sauce and popcorn margaritas with margarita popcorn.

Spencer makes a s'more-inspired no-bake cheesecake with a s'more-inspired dessert cocktail, a sheet pan meat lovers' pizza with vodka sauce and banana peppers, and sushi squares with marinated saki, marinated salmon and a miso glaze.

Worst Cooks in America
Chef Anne Burrell is back for a seventh season of trying to turn some of America's worst cooks into kitchen stars. This time, however, the recruits are seven celebrities who can showcase their talents on TV and in movies, but not no so much in the kitchen. Burrell competes against Worst Cooks in America newcomer Rachael Ray to see which chef can lead one contestant to make the most impressive culinary transformation. Actors Dean Cain, Ellen Cleghorne, Jaleel White and Barry Williams join reality stars Jenni "JWoww" Farley, Chris Soules and Kendra Wilkinson in boot camp. The winning star gets $50,000 for charity and bragging rights for his or her mentor. Not all of the celebrities will make the cut, however; after an opening potluck dinner each mentor selects three recruits to be on her team, leaving one celebrity to be sent home before the competition really begins. Burrell is looking to extend her record to 5-2, while Ray looks to get the win in her first season.
