Indian vegetarian restaurant Planet India kickstarts the week in Brighton and Hove, with chef Neez and front of house Ahmad cooking up some cosy vegan curries. The second hosts, young entrepreneurs Amy and Dom, hope to get a big score with their small plates cooked over coals at their south-east Asian vegan restaurant, Bonsai Plant Kitchen. Finally, it's the turn of Botanique to host and for Josie to showcase her huge love of vegetables.
