For their budget of £400,000 they ideally want three bedrooms, a sizeable garden and space for Keith to do up his old car. But will former estate agent Kirsty Duffy persuade sea-loving Ann to live in the country or will property expert David Bull persuade Keith to embrace the Suffolk coast?
