Interior designer Kerrie is planning a move to the Wirral Peninsula, and she's enlisted her friend Tim to help her make the right decision. Kerrie's heart is fixed on a move to the coast, where she's always dreamed of living. But her head is telling her to settle in the country, close to where her daughter is at boarding school. Coastal property expert Kerr Drummond takes Kerrie to some property hot spots on the Wirral coast, while former estate agent Kirsty Duffy shows her how far her £600,000 budget will stretch in the countryside. But will it be heart or head that wins out?
