Sean Fletcher explores the Abergavenny food festival and discovers the secrets of barbecuing success from passionate experts Sam and Shauna. Baker Briony May Williams is in North Yorkshire to find which potato makes the perfect chip, and chef Suzie Lee is in County Down, finding out exactly what goes into making scampi. And with lots of people now working from home, chef Julie Lin is on the hunt for healthy snacks.

Sean Fletcher goes in search of tips and treats as he explores the food festival at Llangollen, where local food experts reveal their passion for their produce. Farmer Jim Smith tests his tastebuds with some hot sauces in Edinburgh, chef Suzie Lee discovers the key to producing cider in Armagh, and the secrets behind making a homemade pie on a budget are revealed.

Edith Bowman and Colin Murray explore the food stalls and events at the Peebles Show. They discover tips and treats from passionate food producers, from perfect steaks to premium chocolate at a fraction of the price. Food journalist Leyla Kazim heads to Northumbria in search of the best local fish, and Onkar Singh Purewal is in Ceredigion to discover the key to making sourdough bread.

Edith Bowman introduces Colin Murray to her home town of Anstruther on a food adventure. As well as its famous fish and chips, they discover how artisan bread is being made for the community. Briony-May Williams bags bargains hunting for yellow stickers in the supermarket, and chef Suzie Lee reveals how Greek-style yoghurt is made in County Down. Onkar Singh Purewal discovers Swansea's community garden produce.

Episode 19
