Genom ett misstag på en personalrekryteringsfirma får Fredrik jobb som administrativ chef på ett företag: Anton är desperat och blir ihop med en tvåbarnsmamma i förorten. Med sitt nya jobb drabbas Fredrik av hybris och kastar ut både Jan-Olof och Cilla, skaffar en ung fästmö och sniffar kokain. Han får dock sparken när han försöker få företaget att betala hans egna helikopterresor och ber Anton, Jan-Olof och Cilla att komma tillbaka.
