Episode 1
A young woman and her friends are pulled out to sea in a freak rip current. A lifeguard and the coastguard are scrambled as they battle to stay afloat, and a mum is driving home from work when a huge sheet of ice crashes into her windscreen.

Episode 2
Mountain rescue volunteers, paramedics and fellow hikers race to save the life of a walker who has plummeted 100 feet from a rock stack in the Peak District. A young moped rider is knocked off his bike and fellow drivers rush to his aid.

Episode 3
A young man is thrown from his motorbike, hitting his head hard on a tree stump. His father dials 999, and an air ambulance crew races to the scene. Elsewhere, tension mounts when the crew aboard a British yacht are surrounded by a pod of killer whales.

Episode 4
A seven-year-old girl dials 999 from the back seat of her mother's car as Mum is desperately struggling to breathe. A major rope rescue is launched when a climber plunges down a rocky cliff face, severely injuring his leg.

Episode 5
Three siblings battle to save the life of their father, who has suffered a heart attack in the garden. A rally cross driver and his navigator have a lucky escape when their rally car barrel-rolls after taking off from a jump at high speed.

Episode 6
Emergency services struggle to release a farmer impaled on a metre-long spike on his loading vehicle. Also, an injured hiker is rescued from a deep ravine in a remote part of the Peak District.

Episode 7
The fiancée of a young man in cardiac arrest fights to keep him alive after finding him unconscious in his sleep, and a stunned driver narrowly escapes from his burning vehicle after being flagged down by another motorist.

Episode 8
A professional mountain biker needs urgent medical help after a front flip he performs at a bike track goes horribly wrong. Also, two friends aboard a small fishing vessel get more than they bargained for when a very big haul almost catches them out.

Episode 9
A Christmas day walk in the Peaks takes a dramatic turn when an injured hiker becomes stranded in the freezing cold temperature, and two young siblings bravely call 999 after hearing their mum fall down the stairs in their home.

Episode 10
A mother and son are helped by neighbours when an out-of-control car smashes into their house. A couple have a lucky escape whilst driving, as a lorry sheds its load while rounding a bend at speed. And a biker must make a split second decision on a busy roundabout.

Episode 11
A desperate husband calls 999 after his wife falls down the stairs onto a fish tank, slashing her neck on broken glass. Elsewhere, a man rekindling his love for walking ends up having to be airlifted off a mountain after breaking his leg.

Episode 12
A young mum, alone at home with her three-year-old daughter, has a life-threatening asthma attack. Elsewhere, a coastguard helicopter lowers a winch to a swimmer who has clambered 50 feet up a crumbling cliff face, but the aircraft's downdraft makes the rescue hazardous.

Episode 13
A rider is dragged along the ground after falling off her bolting horse. Her friend needs to get help fast when she finds her unconscious and badly injured. Elsewhere, a father of three falls asleep inside his summerhouse. CCTV captures the moment a huge explosion rips through the building.

Episode 14
A farmer finds his 14-year-old son lying severely injured in a field after having been run over by his tractor and trailer. Elsewhere, a pregnant woman in labour, waiting for a taxi to hospital, ends up giving birth on the pavement helped by the police.

Episode 15
A 12-year-old boy is airlifted from England's highest mountain after suffering severe head injuries in a 50-foot fall onto rocks. Elsewhere, a paraglider filming high above a motorway captures thick black smoke pouring from a burning lorry. The fire is so intense that firefighters are running out of water.

Episode 16
CCTV captures the moment a road worker is crushed under the wheels of a reversing dump truck. His colleagues need to give emergency first aid to help save his life. Elsewhere, a thatched cottage catches fire while work is being done in the roof. Along with the workman, the homeowner is still inside as his son-in-law calls 999.

Episode 17
A mother and her two young sons have just returned home from the park when a huge gas explosion rips through their house with them inside.
Also, a runaway bin lorry, with no driver at the wheel, heads down a hill towards other vehicles and into the path of a pedestrian walking her dogs.

Episode 18
A father of eight capsizes his kayak during his first time out at sea. He struggles to get back on, but fails. Elsewhere, a young couple have a narrow escape after a car pulls out in front of them, causing them to swerve. Their car somersaults four times before coming to rest.

Episode 19
A mum spectating at a go-kart race doesn't immediately realise that it is her son who has had a bad crash on a bend. Elsewhere, a father calls the coastguard as he is stuck fast on mudflats with his son, and the tide is rising. A specialist rescue team is scrambled to the scene.

Episode 20
A young mum driving her two young sons to the shops notices smoke in the footwell of her car. She struggles to get the boys out just before flames take hold. Elsewhere, a day out for two friends at a BMX arena ends in disaster when one of them misjudges a jump.

Saturday Night Live
Saturday Night Live is an Emmy Award-winning late-night comedy showcase.
Since its inception in 1975, "SNL" has launched the careers of many of the brightest comedy performers of their generation. As The New York Times noted on the occasion of the show's Emmy-winning 25th Anniversary special in 1999, "in defiance of both time and show business convention, 'SNL' is still the most pervasive influence on the art of comedy in contemporary culture." The Repair Shop
The Repair Shop is a workshop of dreams, where broken or damaged cherished family heirlooms are brought back to life.
Furniture restorers, horologists, metal workers, ceramicists, upholsterers and all manner of skilled craftsmen and women have been brought together to work in one extraordinary space, restoring much-loved possessions to their former glory.
Many of these items have incredible stories behind them and a unique place in history: from an accordion played in the Blitz by a woman who is now in her 90s, to a beautifully crafted clock made by a father who was completely blind; a Pinball machine that is currently being used as a kitchen counter, and a Davenport desk with its trademark fake drawers which fooled burglars - and their crowbar.
The Repair Shop is an antidote to our throwaway culture and shines a light on the wonderful treasures to be found in homes across the country.

In Flight
Jo Conran is a single mum working as a flight attendant. Her son is serving a fifteen-year sentence in a Bulgarian prison for a murder he swears he did not commit. Jo is approached by a gang who know all about her son and is blackmailed into using her job to smuggle drugs. She soon finds herself pulled into a murky underworld of corrupt cops and hired killers, forced to carry out their orders with no escape in sight. However, no matter how far Jo finds herself from her old life, her mission remains the same, to keep her son alive.

EastEnders
Set in the East End of London, the show focuses on the tensions between love and family with stories ranging from hard-hitting social issues, to personal, human tragedies. And there's plenty of funny moments too.
Classic characters old and new across thousands of episodes have shared a drink in The Queen Vic, shed tears of despair or joy, sat on Arthur's bench in the Square... and at some point or other they probably crossed paths with Ian Beale.
