A minor prang proves very costly when a claimant tries his hand at faking invoices, a jewellery lover loses her sparkle, when information contained in the digital photos to support her claim shines a spotlight on her scam and a window cleaner claiming for injuries sustained in his van drops himself in it when he speaks to his insurers.
