The circus' balloon man, Elmer Purdy, is convinced that he can make it rain and stop the drought that has laid waste to the surrounding area.

Royal Roustabout
The circus takes in a young vagabond, unaware that he's a crown prince of Europe looking for freedom in the States.

Bimbo, Jr.
Colonel Jack brings the circus a baby elephant, and a jealous Bimbo soon goes on a rampage.

Alex the Great
Alex, the trapeze catcher who was working for Corky's parents the night that they died, returns to the circus. An aspiring young trapeze asks Alex to train him.

Return of Casey Perkins
Railway engineer Casey Perkins returns, trying to beat a competing rail line by getting into a city first. The circus agrees to help him, but Indians attack believing that the train brings evil spirits with it.

Major Buffington
Two con men join the circus, but one of them has a change of heart when he meets the orphans who are receiving the benefit money they plan to steal.

The Clemens Boys
Mountain folk Lem and Jody Clemens decide to join the circus, even though they don't have any acts.

The Magic Lantern
Inventor Elmer Purdy returns, with a "magic lantern" that he claims will show moving pictures. His first showing fails and Corky convinces Joey to bail Elmer out of jail... putting the circus in jeopardy.

The Dancing Bear

The Marvelous Manellis
Tim signs on the Manelli trapeze family, but younger brother Pierre warns that his brother Jean was injured in a fall and the act may not be the one that Tim was expecting.

Uncle Cyrus
When Pete's Uncle Cyrus pays the circus a visit, Pete admits to his friends that he told the old man that he owns the circus. Tim agrees to play along, and Pete soon gets in his over his head.

The Judge's Boy
A judge running for Congress is too busy to spend time with his young son, who runs off to join the circus.

The Return of Buffalo Bill
The circus is suffering for business and needs a new act, and stumbles across Buffalo Bill. Bill has retired and blames himself and his show business career because he wasn't there when his son Kit died.
