The New Generation
Coach Ryan, a former High School and College National Title Winning cheerleader and Donna, her legendary cheerleading coach mother, both hold cheerleading tryouts at their respective schools. Ryan is now the coach at Ole Miss University while continues her reign at Dunbar High School. Together, they hope to make history and become the first mother/daughter coaching duo to win their respective divisions at the National Cheerleading Championships. However, things become more challenging for Ryan when she finds out she's pregnant with her first child and due around the same time as Nationals. How will she juggle her cheer career and pregnancy?

Tumbles and Tears
As Donna prepares her squad for their final football game of the season, Maddie struggles to perfect her tumbling under the eye of her mother who used to cheer for Donna when she was in High School. Meanwhile, Coach Ryan focuses on helping some of her cheerleaders that are in need of an extra motivational push. Dating cheerleaders Jordan and Nick clash over their partner stunt routine. At the football game, Donna receives some heartbreaking news that will change her life forever.

Stunted
Coach Ryan works overtime to get the squad prepared to perform in front of a crowd at the Ole Miss basketball game. However, Jordan and Nick make it increasingly difficult when they continue to fight over their inability to execute their partner stunts. Meanwhile in Kentucky, Donna grows frustrated with her high schoolers who can't hit their stunts and debates on whether to water down the routines in order to succeed.

Pressure Is a Privilege
Coach Donna needs a win at Regionals in order to secure a spot at Nationals but worries that her girls aren't ready. The pressure becomes overwhelming for Maddie and Elissa, who both strive for perfection under the watchful eyes of their mothers. While at Ole Miss, Coach Ryan warns scholarship student Kevin that if his grades don't improve, he'll not only be off the mat, but he'll lose his scholarship.

Freshman vs. Freshman
For the first time in front of an audience, the Ole Miss squad performs their full Nationals routine during half-time. Freshman center flyer Casey struggles with her stunts leaving Coach Ryan frustrated and seriously considering giving Freshman alternate Jordan a place on the Nationals mat instead. Meanwhile in Kentucky, Coach Donna waters down Elissa's stunt to assure a win at this week's competition.

Don't Lose Sleep Over It
Despite splitting her time between throwing Ryan's baby shower and intense practices, Donna has high hopes for a 20th State Competition title. But, Mallory's intense stress and lack of sleep could mean disaster on the mat at the competition.

Hope and Heartbreak
The Ole Miss squad has one last performance to impress Coach Ryan before nationals. Jordan nails it this week but is it enough to convince Ryan she is ready to compete at Nationals? At Dunbar, after a disappointing State Competition, Coach Donna makes the heartbreaking decision to pull someone off the mat. But, is it too close to Nationals for the team to rally?

Hit Or Ole Miss
A very pregnant Coach Ryan shakes up the team by giving Jordan a coveted place on the nationals mat. Will Ryan's last-minute changes elevate the team to hit all their stunts or will the team fumble their performance and miss a win?

Shooting Stars or Falling Stars
For the first time, Coach Donna heads to Nationals without the support of Ryan, who is home on bed rest. Determined to bring home a title three weeks before her first grandchild is born, Donna implores the team to shoot for the stars and be cheer stars. Will the team be able to conquer their nerves and work together for the win?

The Legacy Continues
As both teams get back on the mat to prove they are better than their performances at Nationals, Ryan goes into labor three weeks early. Donna and Mike rush to be for the birth of the next (cheer) generation. At Dunbar, Elissa is desperate to continue to cheer despite her mother's concern for her academics and Maddie is determined to lead Dunbar to a win next season. At Ole Miss, Nick and Jordan try to rectify their rocky relationship.
