George Wendt

This week's FREAKSHOW guest's most famous contribution to culture might be his portrayal of Norm, the sardonic barfly in the hit sitcom CHEERS, but there's much more to George Wendt than meets the beer stein! As an actor, he has worked with talent like Michael Keaton and Ron Howard in the film GUNG HO, Chevy Chase in the comedy classic FLETCH, Robert De Niro in the McCarthy-era drama GUILTY BY SUSPICION and many, many more. But for us freakos, George will forever be beloved for his comical turn in the 1986 chiller HOUSE, the Dennis Quaid thriller DREAMSCAPE, the John Landis MASTERS OF HORROR episode FAMILY and of course, his work with Full Moon's own Stuart Gordon.
