With tariffs now in place, President Trump signaled he's willing to explore deals with affected countries on a case-by-case basis. Trump claims more than 70 countries have called to negotiate ahead of a midnight deadline. Ed O'Keefe has the latest. A sharply-divided Supreme Court has given President Trump the go-ahead to use the Alien Enemies Act to deport Venezuelan migrants accused of being gang members.
